Furnace Buildings
We are now building furnaces at our Hamilton, NJ location. We have yet again invested back into the company and expanded our range of products that we offer. We are building Furnaces both small and large to satisfy the simplest application to the Extreme.

RECENT BUILD

This furnace section was assembled at our location to test the Drive wheels, Design the Doors and attach the burner system. The Furnace is 18’ wide x 19’ tall x 60’ Long and rolls on a 120’ track allowing set-up of one firing why the other is being fired.

Designed for the outdoors this Furnace consists of Stainless Steel 6’x5’ panels pre-insulated prior to leaving our facility. The supporting I-Beams will be powder coated Blue and we also supplied Trusses for the roof assembly to stop rain water from sitting on the roof.

By building and designing in sections it cuts down on assembly time

Frank on the left and Bob on the right together have a combined 65 years of
experience in fabricating and welding, here they are putting the final touches on the Furnace doors.

All of the Mounting Holes were pre-drilled at our location to be sure of a perfect fit.

The Control System
  • Manual control allows the furnace to be controlled manual means i.e. Set the temperature at 400 deg.f. and the furnace maintains it.
  • Ramp control allows you to ramp the furnace to temperature at a given rate, once it is at the temperature it will stay there until its changed.
  • Fully Automatic Control allows you to actually ramp the temperature up to your desired temp, hold it at that temperature for a given time and then Ramp it back down. This is all done at the beginning of the run, prior to start-up.
  • We also added Ratio Air and Fixed Air which allows you to control the Air Modulation or the Gas Modulation a really good feature for larger Burners and Larger Furnaces.
  • Each Burner has it’s own Control Panel and then linked back to a Main Control Panel that can be viewed at a Remote location.
  • Audible Alarm and a strobe Alarm light are present to detect a failure.
